Collection and processing of personal data

We do not collect personal information about the user of the "BE + against COVID" app. In other words, we do not collect information such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
If you contact us through the email secondvictimsCOVID19@umh.es or the web contact form https://segundasvictimascovid19.umh.es/, we will guard your personal information (your name and email address) in accordance with current regulations (Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights -LOPD GDD-) and at any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, portability and opposition, sending an email to the email address secondvictimsCOVID19@umh.es together with a valid proof in law as a photocopy of the ID or equivalent.


Collection and processing of non-personal data

Information on the use of the app is collected in order to determine which options of the app are most used and what are the most common answers to the questionnaires. This information may contain the device model and the version of the operating system, but no identifying information about the terminal or its user.
To better serve you, we may use or store your exact geographic location, if you give us permission to do so.
We do not use or share this information for any other purpose. Many devices will indicate to you through an icon if the location services are operating. We only share this location information with others as approved by you.

Children and education

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so that we can immediately obtain parental consent or delete the information.


 Third party websites and services

Applications may contain links to third party web pages, products and services. They may also use or offer third party products or services. The collection of data by third parties, by entering data on geographic locations or contact details, will be guided by their respective privacy policies. We recommend that you consult the privacy policies of those third parties.
