The information of those in charge must be fluid and continuous towards health workers and derivative team. Encourage work team members with inspiring positive and transparent messages gives a sense of unity for the work team to feel reinforced and supported by their superiors.
The following diffusion routes should be used:
  • Email messages using work addresses assigned to health workers
  • Communications through the centre´s official website (diffusion can be done in messaging groups created by the health workers as detailed in Resource nº 10)
  • A more dynamic and relaxed material can be prepared aiming to strengthen the emotional state of the health staff (e.g., making a video. Resources nº 02 and nº 03)
