  • The Ministry of Health and the General Council of Psychologists activate a support phone for the population affected by COVID-19:
    •  ✆ 91 700 79 90 for professionals with direct intervention in the management of the pandemic such as health workers, State Security Forces and Bodies or Local Police, among others.
    • The hours of operation are from 09:00 to 20:00, every day of the week.

In Valencia Community:

  • The Official College of Psychology of the Valencia Community (Spain) (COPCV) has set up two hotlines for psychological counselling for citizens and professionals.
    • ✆ 960 450 231 for health professionals, security forces and other interveners.

    • More than 20 psychologists experienced in emergencies and crises situations take calls between 9:00 am and 21:00 pm seven days a week. The COPCV has launched this initiative with the collaboration of Psicólogos sin Fronteras and Psicoemergencias CV.
